Michelle Green is an accomplished choral director with over 15 years of experience in music education, dedicated to fostering musical excellence and building community through choral performance. She currently serves as the choral director at Loganville High School, where she leads vibrant ensembles recognized for their artistry, discipline, and expressive sound.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Georgia State University and a Master’s degree in Music Education from the University of West Georgia. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Music Education through Liberty University, further deepening her expertise in choral leadership and pedagogy.

Over the course of her career, she has built strong, award-winning programs at Loganville High School, Grayson High School, and the School of the Arts at Central Gwinnett High School. Her choirs consistently earn Superior and Excellent ratings at Georgia’s Large Group Performance Evaluation, and many of her students have been selected for All-State Chorus and District Honor Chorus. She has led student performance tours to the Walt Disney World Resort, New York City, and Nashville, creating unforgettable musical experiences beyond the classroom.

In addition to her work in education, she has served as music director at Loganville First United Methodist Church and Snellville United Methodist Church. She now volunteers in the music ministry at her home church, Sharon Baptist Church, continuing to share her love of worship and community through music.

Mrs. Green’s love of Southern gospel music began when she attended the North Georgia School of Gospel Music from 1995 to 2003 and the Stamps-Baxter School of Music from 2002 to 2003. These formative experiences helped to shape her in to the music educator she is today.

She currently resides in Loganville, GA with her husband Chris and their two daughters, Isabelle and Millie.
